Registration closes at 5pm on the Monday before the event. We are unable to take a waiting list, however we will accept payment at the door for walk-ups at the event on an availability only basis, we regret we cannot verify additional capacity ahead of time.

Join us as we welcome back our three local airports for an update on technology, construction and future projects for more efficiency for our travelers! 

Rosemary Barnes, A.A.E. Public Information Manager Mineta San José International Airport (SJC)

Rosemary Barnes is the spokesperson for Mineta San José International Airport. Her knowledge of airports comes from having served in airline, public information, operations and property management roles at airports across the U.S., including San Francisco, Oakland, Orange County and Binghamton.

Rosemary earned a master’s degree in Mass Communications and a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Operations, both from San Jose State University. She is an Accredited Airport Executive through the American Association of Airport Executives. Rosemary enjoys walking, reading, baking, volunteering, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Brian Kidd –Aviation Marketing and Communications, Oakland International Airport

Brian Kidd has over two decades in the industry at three international airports and an airline, and having spent several years as a marketing consultant for retail companies as well, Brian has a unique perspective on the airport environment.  Brian has been with the Marketing and Communications Department at Oakland International Airport, which handles the air service development, marketing and advertising, and customer service functions for the airport, for almost five years.  He has a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Washington University in St. Louis.
