The Finance Committee is responsible for creating the Association’s annual budget and assisting departments to create and manage special event budgets. The treasurer will lead the Deputy Treasurer and Finance Committee and work in conjunction with special event committee chairs to create and manage special event budgets.

The Treasurer is an officer of the Association and is responsible for ensuring that all appropriate financial records are maintained, reporting on the financial condition of the Association at all monthly board meetings, overseeing the deposits of funds and payments of all invoices, and lastly managing the Association’s paid administrative assistant.

The Deputy Treasurer assists the Treasurer with management and reporting of finances and shall be available to attend monthly board meetings in the event the Treasurer is unavailable.
