The Finance Committee is responsible for creating the Association’s annual budget and assisting departments to create and manage special event budgets. The treasurer will lead the Finance Committee and work in conjunction with special event committee chairs to create and manage special event budgets.

The Treasurer is an officer of the Association and is responsible for ensuring that all appropriate financial records are maintained, reporting on the financial condition of the Association at all monthly board meetings, overseeing the deposits of funds and payments of all invoices, and lastly managing the Association’s paid administrative assistant.
